Terms and conditions.
This promotional offer (“Promotion”) applies to new customers purchasing a HaloITSM software license and implementation service under the conditions set out below. By participating in this Promotion, the customer (“Client”) agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

Eligibility. Open to new and existing commercial clients who purchase a qualifying HaloITSM license between the Promotion Start Date of 1st August and the promotion end date of 31 January 2026.
Promotion Period. Promotion Start Date: 1st August, Promotion End Date: 31 January 2026 (inclusive). The license purchase must be completed, and the signed agreement received by the Promotion End Date to qualify.
License Terms. HaloITSM license costs will be transacted separately. The free license purchased under this Promotion includes the right to use the HaloITSM software for the duration of the implementation project, starting from the project commencement date until the initial go live, up to a maximum of three months. Any usage beyond the completion of the implementation phase requires a standard software subscription or license renewal at prevailing rates.
Implementation Scope & Costs The implementation service offered under this Promotion is carried out at a fixed cost based on Service Dynamics' standard baseline implementation. The baseline implementation scope will be outlined in the project proposal and includes standard configuration, data setup, and training as defined in the Service Dynamics implementation documentation. Any additional services, integrations, or customisations outside of the baseline scope will be quoted and billed separately at standard professional service rates.
Payment Terms. License fees are payable in full upon order confirmation unless otherwise agreed. Implementation fees are invoiced per the agreed payment schedule in the signed service agreement.
Exclusions & Limitations. This Promotion does not cover ongoing subscription costs after implementation completion. Service Dynamics reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Promotion at any time without prior notice, provided such changes do not affect confirmed and signed agreements. All implementations are subject to resource availability and scheduling agreements.
